supposed to meet steph at 1 on thursday but i woke up late.. so pushed back to 2.. but then i was lazing around wenxian's place so pushed back to 3. then it started pouring. so had to push it back somemore.. i think steph must be irritated with me la..

shopped around marina and raffles city looking for a gift for lora.. she's like damn hard to shop for la =P was deciding between a clutch bag for her.. or F21 gift voucher.. walked till our legs were tired and all..

had carls jr for dinner. chose the mushroom one which was great while steph had the all star burger which was so huge she couldn't finish =P sat there talking, eating, freezing our asses off again.. but great gurl time spent there =D

woke up around 9 plus 10 on wednesday.. caught only 3-4 hours of sleep.. couldn't decide to go town, tanning or baking over at liyan's place on wednesday coz no one has yet to confirm with me. but finally settled for towning coz terence wanted to get his ears pierced. like FINALLY he managed to muster his guts.. not courage aye.. =P and i wanted to see him cry la.. ended up called liyan and angie along to witness that too =D

terence was so hyped up that he reached the earliest o.O hahha.. not really just that we were all late. i had to head to imm to collect another pair of contacts coz the one i had was torn. friggin thing. second time it has happened to me within a month can? -.-

walked abit in wisma while waiting for liyan to reach town. checked out the piercing prices at bedazzled and bits n pieces. got myself a fiberwig.. no it's not a wig la =P then checked out nine west coz a.joanna could get a 50 percent off i think.. but only during a certain period of time. terence is tricky la. when liyan and i were looking around in nine west, he snuck off to get his piercing. and there u go..

headed to Food Republic at wisma for our dinner. didn't really feel like eating but we had to fill our stomaches if we were gonna drink later. headed down to Indochine's Santuary to get drinks.. lucky us, they had the house band -cats in the cradle- playing which was really good =D but can't say much about the service.. hmm..

although steph and wenxian loved it, i didn't find it particularly great. -shrugs- and i was freezing my ass off in the theatre. curled up on the seat throughout the whole movie -.- headed down to shaw's mac to get terence tea and we had the pleasure of sitting next to some very nice "ladies" much to terence's "delight" =P

cabbed back to wenxian's place after getting her supper and dropping pang off at her aunt's place.. wenxian's place is like my 3rd home already la.. =P

i know i'm insane to be blogging at this hour. but wdh?? i just can't get to sleep and this is not a good sign. i don't suffer from insomnia. and i think if i just switched off this evil tech device, off my bedlight, i think i should fall into deep sleep. and that's what i've been feeling for the past few days now. totally warped biological clock makes me sleep at 4 and wake up at 11. =/

and i think i'm just ranting coz it's time for me to sleep. but 1st things 1st...

imma suppose to head for otc camp (actually it's just otc without the camp but it sounds better this way la..) in say 3hours? but after like a thousand and one msn exchanges and an audio conversation with pang the wacky gurl (i think i shall just call her that.. can anot pang?) the both of us have finally decided not to go for otc.

and i'm just waiting to be slaughtered when i get up tomorrow morning by angie, silin, terence or wesley. or maybe all of them. =/ so much for being hyped up for the camp at first. sighs.

now i have like 3 more free days but i HAVE NOTHING TO DO! coz i can't do my psycho project (we're only meeting on monday) neither can i do tto project (coz angie has yet to send out information) nor can i do french (coz i forgot when's the dateline and no1 has set a meeting yet and it's too last minute to set one within these few days) and then there's pom. i think if liyan dusen calls me over to bake or agree to go tanning with me, i think that's just what i'll do. look through the pom progress report and then do the necessary amendments.

OH.. then there's that MoS thingy which ismay invited me to go with her and lora. told her i couldn't make it initially coz i had camp. should i go now? but i don't have her contact. but then if i go, i'll prolly end up sitting, drinking, watching while they dance the night away =P

btw, terence who wants to get his ear pierced chickened out at the last minute. i mean he does remind me and drey of chicken little. but chickening out of ear piercing takes his nickname a little too literally.. RIGHT TERENCE?? geddit pierced if u really want la. the most take 2 shots of vodka or tequila =P but i think it'll look wierd on you.. tho' i have this thing about (for/against.. uguessityourself/imnottelling) guys with earrings, silver bangle/bracelet etc etc.. which i fiona and prolly chai knows about. =D

was also considering getting another piercing on my right ear.. BUT my mommy says don't want la. not cannot u know. she has this way of saying that makes it like not forcing but in a subtle manner. makes u not wanna do it. she says a pair of basic one will do. but fiok says "u care her" lol.. we'll see la huh..

oh wells.. cya was quite boring today. the only interesting enough pax was the one from italy whom i accompanied from the info counter to the svc for accommodations info then to the money exchange counter to a place where i left him to do some repacking. then while i went for my rounds much later on, he walked bye from behind and "boo! byee" me.. made me smile for a long while. from the end of the hall to the info counter. like some idiot smiling to herself. =D

and then there was this totally adorable little boy (baby) who was sitted on the trolley while his parents were enquiring at the info counter. smiled a huge and sunshine smile at him but he shook his head. my gosh. damn funny la. beilin saw it and burst out laughing. thanks. -.-

this xmas was better than i expected. was kinda dreading it and liyan could testify to that. till i heard that mom was cooking great food =D anyhows.. managed to spend it with close friends and family. -smiles-

couldn't decide what to wear to town coz after that was xmas mass. was choosing between my off-white halter or the gold satin halter. but figured that jem would prolly turn up in jeans and tee then i'd be over-dressed. so the white one would be a safer bet. but it turned out steph was smart enough to tell him casual but not so casual dressing. so he wore a collared sleeve and jeans. =D

was deciding between my white heels or my brown heels. asked mom, sis and benjy to decide for me. mom was like.. "don't wear heels la. wear boots.." then she gave me that look. u know that want to laugh but don't want to laugh look. yea. o.O boots with a super short denim skirt?? i'd prolly end up looking like a hooker la. -.-

extended my meeting time with steph to around 5.45 instead of 5.30.. missed a bus and had to wait quite long for another. till almost 6 i think. caught up quite abit on our way down. poor jem had to wait darn long for the both of us to get down.

remember the last time i mentioned a belt which i wanted? they have it in white now. good gracious.. i'm so gonna get it soon =D

didn't really manage to find anything else for fiona. was considering really nicely designed notepads or sketchpads. or a cuff watch but we couldn't find any. but got mom some products. and all the while, jeremy was so so so so sian-ified =P walked around but didn't get anything much save for a pair of gold hoop earrings from future state.. nadiah's gonna nag at me again.. saw a nice dress at artiris tried it on but didn't get it..

met lora and ismay at wisma and they look good. as usual =P. had dinner together at indo's aquadisiac. well sort of =) they had to leave in quite a bit as they were expected at one fullerton so ismay just grabbed a house salad (which she doesn't recommend) and a cream d'asparagus (which we shared and is quite good but could be a tad warmer) took lotsa shots of which i'm waiting for ismay to send them over!!... check back in a bit. =)

jem says that he notice that one of the waitresses' that served us gave me and ismay different speaking tones/attitudes. jem and steph would know what i mean. =/

our main course arrived after they left. had lamb, steak and seafood. the lamb was great and i loved the sauce which went along with it. don't know about the rest, u've gotta check with steph and jem. took some pics but only on a hp's camera so u can guess how lousy it turned out.



wanted to get something to drink after dinner so we left indo and somehow got stuck in the human jam/crowd thing along the orchard walkway. thanks la jeremy=P. anyhows after a gruelling godnoeshowlong walk, we exited or rather re-entered the wisma building and decided that it'd be better off heading to church like NOW. cleared our hair and clothes of the mousse and spray stuff. ended up like monkeys picking ticks or wadnot each other in the ladies. and i had to use water to wash some off.

and i look like i just came out of the shower -.-

walked all the way to opposite four seasons to catch a bus down to church. we were like freaking early but everyone else was even earlier than us. 12am mass. and by 11.30 it was almost full house? i'd bet if mom didn't reach like earlier, we'd have NO SEATS at all.

mass was great and there was a cute korean-looking baby besides jeremy. totally adorable. and jem is gay la. fancy him bio-ing at benjy.

dropped jem home before heading to kap to get supper. mom and dad were like considering heading to town. look at the xmas lightings they say. -.- and i was like dissuading them all the way. i guess mom finally relented and we didn't go there after all =D

presents were up next. tho' the gifts weren't exactly on my wishlist but they were great.

mom: ok.. this was the best. she gave me this oil cleansing thingy which she used to use last time but found it too oily for her and i ended up using it instead. now that i've finished it, she bought a new one for my xmas gift.

fiok got a facial foam from mom with a 50 dollar note wrapped around it. and i was like "so not fair =(" but i thought mom gave her that coz she was constantly so cash-strapped and i could well... earn my own, so yea. then fiona went to inspect my gift box and discovered a 50 dollar note at a corner too. my goodness. if she didn't do that i think i would've thrown it away with the box la. burst into heaps of laughter. at about 2 plus. the both of us -.- but fiok laughed the hardest. red-face. streaming tears. lol.. -shakes head-

late night out was great.. stayover at girlfriend's house was even better.

tto meetin' was held directly after the paper. nothing much productive was done which irritated angie so much that she decided to look through the research and send out emails instead. lunched at century square with angie, shawn, wes, nad and keagan. angie and shawn went off to town to get some xmas shopping down while the rest of us headed off to tm. i got mysylf another hair dye and plain bread for skipper. hung around at godma's place doing my hair, chatting online etc etc.. darn happy with my hair colour now =D but at the expense of my hair condition =/

met lora, her sis and friend at toa payoh near her mom's shop to head down to serangoon for the house party. and the freaking four girls just couldn't get a cab =/ hailed and hailed like 10m away from the taxi queue.. only reached their friend's place close to 8 and we thought we were late. but it ended up that we were one of the earliest.

left soon after as sara's friends had arrived. fast cars no less. but largely modified i think. the first driver's driving was the speed and brake type. felt more comfortable with his cousin's driving coz it felt like my dad driving. i think my dad secretly wishes to drive fast cars. oh wells.

headed all over singapore to pick people up then to meet the other sports car people as sara was so into the fast cars. their frens dropped us off at MoS. and my god, the queue was freaking long la. but we got in in record time coz lora knew the gm there. so many people wanted lora to help bring them in but she already had us =P

oh yea angie, club's nothing great la. really. unless u fancy the dancing, or the drinking (of which u should head to a pub), or the songs there, or the smoke (god forbid), or being picked up la. =P

explored round the maze at MoS. getting through the pack of dancing peeps was no easy feat. and sara didn't have any contacts on so we all ended up walking everywhere hand in hand. sam from 03s09 grew shorter la. like really. or maybe i was in heels.

lora went off halfway to meet her friend while me and sara followed ismay and her friends. but we went off halfway to get seats and people-watched. as one doesn't exactly have a good sense of direction and ther othre was partially blind, it was like the blind leading the blind. and we relied on the ladies alot to get our bearings right and our sense of direction.

met up with lora and alvan near the clark quay river.. then headed to town to wait for wenxian after getting into a merc cab (sara didn't want anything less). dropped me off at pac plaza where i decided to get a juice and wait for wx as i was darn thirsty and i didn't get a drink at MoS. forgot to retrieve my card before leaving my clutch at the baggage counter and we simply couldn't drink those offered by strangers.

lora/sara was so worried bout me that they got calvyn, the guy whose house party we went to, to come down from black and look for me. lol.. such sweet dears.

headed off to wx's place at about four. stinked of smoke and all. gross. scrubbed myself clean, did some catching up then drifted off to sleep around 6. got woken up when wenxian woke up. not that used to sleeping in a foreign room la. =D

breakfast was soyabean milk, minced meat, fish, chicken and carrot porridge with youtiao. it felt like having food when i was in primary school. =D had another cup of orange juice after that.

rotted abit more before heading down to kovan with wenxian and her mom. got ourselves ice-cream from venezia and left soon after that to godma's place to pick my stuff up then headed home in the rain.

we realised that we've been getting cakes from bengawan solo or four leaves coz it was always rather last minute. so shawn has asked me for our 1st class list with all the birthdays. tsk.. =P

didn't linger long before heading to century square as angie wanted to look for this dvd to return her friend. checked out their newly revamped ladies washroom cum freshening up room. rather neat i must say. with a lounging area and dressing table.

terence wanted to try this pizza pizza place and ended up treating us all on the pretext of liyan's birthday. hah..


bought somemore earrings. yes i know. i have enough already but *shrugs* =D

studying days at home were.. sort of productive with the tendencies to snack alot. and now i have blond/orange/red/brown hair. u decide. i'm gonna do low-lights of honey-brown, a deeper shade or something of brown and red. on thurs night or friday after my paper =)

not sure if i'm suppose to accompany lora to a house party near wx's house coz she invited me but have yet to update me.. guess not? x'mas eve dinner with steph at indo with caine waitering. hah. that's novel. steph invited jem along too. and then to midnight mass later on. =)

town on a saturday night is like omg. period. luckily we didn't agree to meet in town orchard. but at cityhall. wx said that the wisma linkway was like a standstill. waited for wx at cityhall before heading down to marina for a dinner place. ali, man and lq were all late. settled for viethai / the asian kitchen as wx wanted something soupy and manda wanted something different.

had beef noodles. mushroom and duck noodles. beef something noodles. curried beef stew with rice. and deep fried ice-cream. dinner was great but i can't say much for the service.

wandered around in and out of shops. i wanna go shop there someday la. pestered liquan to send us back when we found out that she drove down. coolness la. considering that i've worked there for sometime, i should know the shortcut to millenia walk right? but no.. we took the long way coz it was more direct. and i didn't remember the short route. this is the reason why i shouldn't even bother to get a license. i'll probably just lose myself on the roads.

1st to serangoon area to pass lq's friend some vcds. wenxian is another one who cannot take a license. coz she doesn't recognise roads to her house (neither do i actually). decided to go to chomp chomp's since we were already there. that gurl had to do parallel parking (which is only her 2nd time attempting that) next to this pet shop. poor thing. she had such a hard time that the owner of the car behind had to reverse his car to allow more space for liquan to manoeuver. and just when she got it, she went up the curb which elicited a shriek from alicia. and that was just the thing lq needed. lol. she almost didn't wanna get out of the car coz she was just too embarrassed. but we managed to cajole her out of it =D

hokkien mee. sambal stingray. chicken wings. and sugarcane juice was what we had for supper. and amanda was a happy girl. -smiles- we all know something was wrong with amanda but we could only guess coz neither amanda nor wenxian would tell us about it. so me, ali and lq had to just guess. hmm.. so does that mean that if i have anything, i'll just tell alicia??

went back to the car but the shop wasn't fully closed yet. i think liquan was actually considering going for a walk till it was close and the people had left. -shakes head- by the time i got home, it was about 11.30 -.-

10.45 mass for us today. coz they were gonna have the mass for the sick and elderly at 12.30. no benjamin tho'. was actually intending to head down to jp with my family after mass but i decided that i was worried for my papers and that i had yet to practise my piano the whole week. so got dad to drop me home instead.

interview on monday was.. alright? didn't do much prep for it save for mending my working skirt, got my aldo's fixed and removing my pink/red/purplish with fushia glitter coat of nail polish and read up on some interview tips *shrugs* me and chai found ourselves lucky that we got mdm hussain instead of our subject head =P coz we sat in for the last group's (terence and serene) interview and she (the subject head) had alot to comment about.. oh well.. but she did bring up certain very valuable points to take note and all..

cya that day was just excruciating coz i was too lazy to bring my boots to change.. so wore the aldo for like more than 12 hours. my cya partner was also suffering from a headache that day (she claims that it was due to ms zhang wei's tutorial.. can't say i disagree though =P) in addition, didn't get to sleep much the night before due to the interview and all.. ended up feeling cranky, decided that i had to get some coffee (not really but it was a great excuse to drink coffee yea?)

met a korean pax who was here on a biz trip.. brought him over to T1 despite my terribly uncomfortable feet. chatted quite abit on the way coz he could converse in english =) headed home at jurong and i was lucky that the bus and mrt came really quickly. got home at record time in 1hr15mins.

the week passed rather quickly as christmas draws near.. and i have yet to do any xmas shopping. -.- prolly gonna head into town right after my last paper.. any takers?

loads to do after exams, during that one week break which is definitely not enough =/ have yet to check out the new indochine (which i'll prolly be doing on xmas eve if steph still needs a date =P), the newly launched mos, balcony bar, zouk and what not..

made a huge mistake on friday. was up the night completing my bizstats pyp as mr lum would be going through them during 'remedial' lessons. but didn't sleep late. got to bed before 12 intending to wake up earlier on friday to touch up on my reflective journal. intending to skip tto lecture too.

anyhows, i kept thinking that bizstats tutorial starts at 11 instead of 10. got up at 7, made breakfast, and continued on my journal. and i still had time to slowly apply my makeup and all. only got chai's message asking where was i and that class had already started when i got on the bus to school. then only did it dawn upon me that class started at 10. oh wells. won samuel this time round coz i was the latest. -.-

oh, i just love mr pras.. well perhaps coz compared to ms zhang wei, he's so so so much better. on a sidenote, i immensely dislike our pom tutor. chai would know why.

i outta be studying now but here i am, putting on a coat of colour for my nails. so far it's milky lilac and liyan suggests to put flowers on them. until i can think of better ways to add on i guess that'll be all for now.

gonna head out later to meet up with girlfrens at marina to catch up before liquan flies off to hk the next day at around 6.. and i have a paper on mon. not good not good. but while i'm around town, perhaps i'll get some shopping done?? we'll see.. gonna catch up quite a bit.. especially wenxian.. as agreed by alicia. -shakes head-

didn't have aching muscles on friday. =/ must have been cause i didn't go to the gym like i did the last time.

godma's gonna be going for a holiday soon. so i can't go and stay at her place on my cya days. coz mom claims that it's very unsafe to be walking in the private area at night. oh wells.

liyan wanted to go to daiso so she came over to my side on friday.

went home to pick up shoes to be mended and changed my clothes. got a rude shock when i entered my room. it was even more of a pig sty then i left it. through no fault of my own. -.-

and i couldn't find the pair of boots godma gave me. so irritated with myself.

lost track of time in daiso. left imm a happy girl.. coz my aldos and my fave pair of heels were fixed =D walked the couple of busstops home..

didn't go out on saturday afterall.. coz alicia had chalet and i was too lazy to ask anyone else..

still haven't figured out the dressing code for the interview. hmm..

still up reading through psychology text -yawns- and doing the online tests..

had lunch on sunday at peach blossoms at the marina mandarin. as all the carparks were kinda connected (for the oriental, marina sq, marina mandarin..) we didn't really know how to get to the mandarin from the oriental. ended up, i had to ask the valet.

lunch was really good coz we had all sorts of nice food. how does a combination of peking duck, steamed fish, huge prawns, asparagus with scallop with carrot thingy, lotsa other stuff.. and i found their chrysamthemum tea concept rather cute. we're served pure chrysamthemum tea.. then we got to add in sugar syrup as preferred. =)

cya on mon was great.. mainly coz the cso-s were nice and really friendly. met tonnes of interesting people too. but don't ask me to recall coz i probably won't recall the details now. met this other sp cya on my way to T1 so kinda chatted while waiting for the stupid skytrain. me and beilin, my T1 cya partner, have yet to figure out why issit that the skytrain takes so damn long when the distance's really very short and the journey's quite fast.

headed home after school on tues as i had to make a visit to the optometrist. bought snacks back for fiok and myself from shilin snacks and old chang kee. note to self, never to buy when there's no queue at shilin snacks. even when i won't have to wait long.

oh.. the optician (i've no idea what's the difference between optician and optimetrist) said that my eyes weren't getting enough oxygen. o.O so i guess it's back to nerdy sarah for the rest of the week. sheesh.

french class was great as usual. wednesdays are good =D but mdm bich was having a sore throat. godma picked me after class coz a.jane had gone over with janice, erin and patchy (patchie?) headed down to east coast park food centre for yummy food again. satay. stingray. carrot cake. satay bee hoon. laksa. sugarcane juice. luckily i wore a big/loose top out =P

did french till about 3 which resulted in me waking up late again on thursday. but godma drove me to school =D went for another 8 rounds today but i have this feeling that i won't be aching like the last time. -.- this is not good. which means i've gotta step up on it. -.-

i think i'm really totally losing it. was suppose to head over to godma's place. but i forgot. somehow. coz to get to godma's place, i had to take bus from opposite tp. but me and chai headed to the one along tp. and when chai saw 23 coming for the opposite busstop, she went over to catch it (i didn't wanna go coz i was too lazy to climb that god awful flight of stairs up and down u see) wesley came right after chai.. chatted abit till his bus came and i was still waiting for 69. then somehow, i suddenly remembered that i had to take the bus from opposite instead to get to godma's place. msg-ed chai about it after that. feeling so dumb -grimaces-

oh. found out that me and chai got selected to be interviewees. and 2 each from the other groups. this is just not good. coz i had wanted to slack and just be an observer. although, gavin says it's better to get interviewed. and i don't really fancy having to be interviewed in front of an audience. most of all, my aural/verbal skills ain't as good. -sighs-

considering if i should do some christmas shopping this sat. hmmm...

was mentioning to nadiah that i haven't been doing much work tonight. just bits of research and projects stuff. nothing productive. which is always not good. mainly mindless chatterings. the only stuff which i'm engaged in is this blog entry and perhaps the concurrent mindsweeper games with liyan and jianhong. oh which i'm leading in. both. smirks. i'm too cocky for myself sometimes. yucks.

epitome of procrastination. i absolutely cannot do any work unless i'm either in school or have a dateline tomorrow or two days after.

i'm even procrastinating thinking about stuff. through stuff. even making certain decisions. which could make or break some. but it might not be as serious as i think. sighs.. oh well. i'm just not thinking. but i'm feeling bad about not thinking. hah.

finally a day for myself. was s'pose to go shopping with ali but she has to babysit so i've got a day off. gonna slack, blog, update myself by blog hopping and all.

quite an eventful cya day for me.. not gonna elaborate.. too much anywaes..

harry potter on tuesday. went over to godma's house to shower before heading down together. replenished my concealor from bobbibrown. samantha from dance was working there.. wouldn't have notice that it was her if she didn't came over and said hi. =) didn't manage to catch up as she had customers to attend to. had kfc for dinner. godnoes how long it'd been since i had that.

knew it'd be freezing cold but still got a rhumba frap anyways. kelvin got a grande cafe americano. lest he gets so cold and starts shaking the whole row of seats like he did the last time we went to watch HP. and he was really silly mixing up the cup sizes and all. =P

harry potter's nice by the way. very much a back to childhood experience/indulgence. but as many have noticed, much was cut from it so it was kinda empty-ish?? gonna get down to reading it when break comes around.

couldn't get up on thursday. mom came into the room around 8.30-ish and woke both me and fiona up. both of us were late anywaes. got chai to help me take my attendence but she didn't know how or couldn't forge my signature so shawn did it instead. didn't bother to rush coz my next lesson was only at 4pm. considering if i should just stay over at godma's permanently for the weekdays so even if i'm late i could just cab down.

anyways, didn't have to rush so sat down to watch some news, had breakfast, read the papers (which i haven't been doing regularly) then got ready to leave the house. went down to submit my way overdued timehsheet for the last week of my stint at citibank. turns out this week's bizstats was on probability. anyone who says poly is easier than jc outta get shot. i don't remember maths in jc to be so complicated? all the wierd terms and all. rubbish. -.-

was studying for bizstats and doing my cover letter later in the night. wasn't really into the mood of studying. but otherwise the den was really a nice place to study. was seriously considering just sleeping on the highback leather (or faux leather) upholstered chair. but figure i'd better not. later godma make noise -.-. headed off to bed around 2 plus.

tto was drony and all. and silly me forgot that samuel wouldn't be going for tto, got him to print my notes. -sighs- and he was late for bizstats. luckily mr lum decided to push it back to the end of the tutorial. and he who said he must have self-discipline and needn't have me waking him up. *stares* gonna be calling him up when i get up. too bad samuel.

finally got to meet our tto tutor. mr pras, an adjunct. and i was telling liyan that i like the way he pronounced his words. damn funny but nice la. especially itinerary. who ever pronounces it really properly. most just say itinery. -.-

took some class pics with lina. had a really nice week with her. and tho' she was samuel's buddy, she stuck more to shawn coz samuel was perpetually late. perpetually. and she has a way of shooting samuel. i like =D heh.

went over to sheng shiong to get stuff for bbq then over to wesley's new place for bbq. and his place is damn nice. humph. and he has his relatives living like a couple doors down. was telling drey that my childhood dreamhouse was like this whole level totally occupied by my relatives. hah.

met wesley's cute lil sister. tricia. should have taken a pic with her. sighs. and his irritating brother javier. very much like wesley. and his 2 cute cousins. o.O witnessed a first hand racial discrimination here. -sighs-
