be submission. forgot to take a picture of the report. felt like i didn't really contribute much to it. but was rather proud of the report and the group of coz.

2nd time in school on a friday. met shawn in school. or rather he saw me. mensa-ed with yanwan after handing up the report and parting ways with weilun. group meeting after that. and dear ayuni came even though she felt terribly sick. even brought pocky and chocs for us can? the group came up with some whacky idea for be presentation some time ago. one which had me presenting in a bikini top. -.- always gets them into fits of laughter. especially weilun. and his laughter reminds me of eching. not so much that its similar but rather it make you wanna laugh together.


and each time we have meetings in the library is an excuse for phototaking in the lift. with its big mirrors.

cannot even aim properly. =P

weekends
can't remember what happened exatly over the weekends. nothing recorded in my schedule. but novena-ed and mass-ed with mom and benjy. it's been quite long. singing hymms and feeling small. did some grocery shopping with mom also. got abit cheated coz i thought that we'd be heading to the ntuc at btp. but it was under renovations. so we just went to the one near smota.

wanted to bake cheesecake for yw's bdae on the 23rd. make rather. bought all the ingredients already. but couldn't figure a way to keep it refridgerated till after tkg class. so the plan was cancelled.

ob rpt submission. got beilin to buy a mini cake for yw's celebrations.


lunched at design. and we learnt not to buy tiramisu cakes for birthdays. coz you'd only blow all the coffee/choco powder everywhere when blowing out the candles.

made the birthday girl bite that chocolate piece out.
unsuccessful attempt to push her nose into the cake.

met carol on the way for destination lect. was too busy being worried about that snag in my cropped cardigan and didn't really get to say hi and hug that girl.

suppose to meet the group at 11. but got up a lil later due to the shiok weather. and godma wanted to finish her roll of b&w film. she said something like.. since u're made up so nice today come take a few pictures. u see. sarah doesn't really like taking photos. even more when the photo's only of myself.

but they turned out rather well. prolly coz it's b&w. no imperfections.

to kfc for lunch with the group. crapped and shared stories. about relationships and stuff amongst other things. thought weilun's one was pretty interesting and sweet. qiutin and yanwan's really hilarious. sarah? didn't have much to share. so she just mentioned the first and current one.

started the day off with ob lect. kept forgotting that crystal had lessons in the morning and had like an hour break. else i would have gotten to school earlier to meet her for breakfast. didn't like the ob lecturer. irritating slides where we had to no idea where's where.

to mensa with group for lunch. and projects in the library again. went to look for dest tutor to clarify some points as there was no reply to my email the day before. her excuse? she prefers to do it face to face. and what? wait till the day of submission which is on friday? an email to see our group in person would be good. but luckily our interpretation of presenatation and report was quite correct.

hopped over to ms quah's cubicle to get keys for the cya interview on thursday.

woke up alot later than expected. makeup express. mrt to simei then cabbed. cant remember how much already. thought that since i had to recieve the scsos who were prolly gonna be in their uniforms, i'd better dress a lil more presentable than my usual tshirt and shorts. so sarah put together an outfit to match with heels.

wrong choice.

ended up running all over business school for the cya interview. or walking really fast rather coz sarah doesn't run. much less in heels. and here comes another round of complaints. with my share of mistakes as well.

so to start off. initial arrangement from 11-5pm was brought forward to start at 10. with perfectly good reason.

initially the csos said that they wanted to get a hot drink to start off while i went to open the rooms. but then they had to have their breakfast at say 1015. like ohcomeon. where's the professionalism. but what could i say. sarah has to think of msquah's reputation. and must you all go for lunch together? heard of tight schedule?

met shawn and terence on the way to look for those ladies. got shawn to help me escort them up when they were done filling their tummies. went up to open the rooms. and there were already alil less than a dozen interviewees waiting. tried organising them a lil.

subtle sarcasm about the lack of a coordinator and the job scope of an interviewer should not include coordinating. sarah's dense sometimes but not that much aights. it's a school day. students like us have lessons. classrooms are filled. weekends are untouchable coz it's not your working day. there's not much choice we have is there?

the lack of timing and all led to me handling almost everything. coz sarah feels rather bad having to pull ian and suilan down to do it on such a late notice.

offered to get them drinks to last the few hours of interview. going up and down the freaking six levels in heels no less. looked a little stupid queueing to pay with eight mini cartons of the juices.
luckily the direct incharge for tpcya was ok about it. or at least she appears to be in front of me. or i'd fear for the next batch of cyasrs.

i think ian agrees with me that all service personnels are bitchy. including yours truly.

project meeting was suppose to start at 10. arrived at the library an hour and half later. found them k-ing. well at least u guys didn't wait for me doing nothing.

rehearsed the skit a lil. loadsa laughter with all the rubbish that we came up. gang fights via scissors paper stone. should have asked them to play haidai. and yanwan's today abit short.

i think i have every reason to look so shag in this picture.

ayuni came by later to do destn collation with yanwan. beilin qiutin and weilun went to get lunch for us. while i went over to the interview rooms to check on them. headed to bizpark to pass calvin the room keys. met shawnboo who complained of a headache i think. was suppose to have lunch were it not for the cya interview. too bad shawn. another time then.

lunched and then back to projects. rushed to check on cya interview then off to work after that. bought the pair of white jellies on the way. the ohsocommon flats everyone's wearing. wanted to wear them in maldives la. other than slippers on every offday.

finally one day at work after about a week or so off. some changes there.

got home and worked on the ob powerpoints till 3plus4 in the morn. kinda dragged the group alil coz the slides were ready so late.

got up at 7. was a lil late in meeting the group again. luckily had already tried on the clothes on wednesday. else i'd be even later trying to match them. smart casual newscasterish. saw alex walking past the room a couple of times. that made me think about how i don't see the preUsem peeps anymore.

ran through the presentation and skit a couple of times before heading for lunch.

late for work by a bit. silly me didn't know that 31 goes to bk too. changed 2 busses to get there.

recieved news from godma that kelvin's in icu for dengue. wanted to go visit him. but honestly, didn't know what's the point of looking throught that glass window.

sarah's latest craving is lamb chops.

shopped for joseph's gift at vivo with kit. went down to east coast for dinper with a couple of the chinese luge crew. rubbish time spent with kit yimin ryan joseph and his girl. really a different person infront of his girl. almost wanted to tease him about that time he lifted up the luge cart with me in it.

home the whole day. good weather for sleeping.

edited and improved on be slides. with help from the group no less. hopefully the alignment's all ok. else it'll be a waste of our efforts.

couldn't find my packets and bars of baking and dark chocolates in the fridge needed for tomorrow's session. must be the usual culprit. urgh.

stayed back to discuss on busent report.

went to look for mrs thomas. after a long thought, decided not to take up the offer of being one of the three speakers for ne talk v.balakrishnan on friday. partly coz i didn't feel prepared at all and i couldn't skip my project work. with submission at 5pm and more the next week. i hope mrs thomas can find another speaker in time. felt so bad rejecting her at so late a stage. hopefully i can make it down to watch preU mates.

osip briefing later in the day. mini reunion of some hedgeoutheers on osip. and i just realised that all of us are going to different places. save for me and shawn. meiyan and siejen. nine from hedgeouthree. beijing sanya suzhou shanghai maldives. kudos to us.

decided to go for dinner with terence and shawn at tm. was nice time spent catching up and crapping. suanning terence mostly. got home just a lil before ten.

went opposite to get icecream with sis.

grape icecream is love. especially with liquid centre.

mahtisu is love too. especially those from malaysia.

watched prestige late into the night. no school on thursday! had some mass chat on msn with groupmates before that. you know what i love about my group. they are straightforward and accepting. no backstabbing no hypocrisy no twofaceness. they'd know what i mean. THEREFORE. groupmates are love too. =)

was thinking between work or out with someone on thursday. and since work was so hard to coordinate. decided to call alicia out.

FIRST. let me complain about work.

last week, zhong said that sarah has to work at least one two days this week else it's byebye. so sarah told him. im sorry. it's not that sarah can't work but she cannot confirm if she can so it would be better to put off rather than being scheduled for work and then not showing up. and if it's byebye then so be it. so he says to try and see if sarah can take any of aida's days since she's working 6days. and when sarah found out on tuesday that she'll be free on thursday, she texts him but there was no reply. so on wednesday sarah asks zhong thru sms what was the arrangement currently. all the while keeping planB on hold just in case sarah arranges with alicia but ends up having to work. then zhong says that either aida or silin was suppose to have contacted sarah about it. so sarah replies saying that noone has gotten back to her. and then zhong says for sarah to contact tiong about it as he is off on thursday and he already has informed tiong of the situation. and so sarah goes and contact the two girls but both are ok with working on thurs. so like whatever. sarah got so sianified that she just went ahead to arrange with alicia. since apparently if tiong needs sarah to cover someone, he'll contact me.

ok. done. it's noone's fault alright. im just feeling very urghed by it.

was deciding between tanning or shopping with ali. then decided not to tan coz sarah was lazy to bring all the barangbarang. shopping it is. and i needed to fix my belts. and get my jeans altered. made alicia agree to wear her dress to accompany me.

woke up on thursday to rain and thunder. pushed back the timing an hour later to 1pm. wanted to laze in bed. broke fast with tea and digestives.

realised that one of the belts was at godma's. and the other one which needed more holes could be fixed by grandpa. that left only the jeans to carry down.

as usual. sarah was late in leaving the house. and alicia was smart to have left home only after i texted her to inform her that i'd be late. on purpose or coincidence. it was smart of her. that could only be my bestfriend.

shopped around at mango while waiting for her. sarah wants a pair of skinny pants but with the craze and everyone wearing it. it's so not original anymore.

found one pair at mango. nondenim. should i?

headed to fep. that girl got herself a haircut. with no particular hairstyle in mind. just something much shorter. easy to maintain and suitable for her hair type. ended up. almost v.beckham's hairstyle. the one lq and manda are hankering after. and the one sarah was trying to psycho fiona to cut too.

got myself a bag. alicia saw a key necklace which she loves but did not get it.

we're all 21 this year right. and so by tradition parents are suppose to give their children a key for their 21st birthday. but we both didn't get any. wenxian did. that made us very envious. that night after sarah got back from wenxian's party, she began to ask her mom for a key something. something symbolic. but she claims she has never heard of it. never heard of such a tradition.

so sarah suggests that mom goes and shop for it. but then mom's taste and sarah's taste are different sometimes. so sarah suggest that maybe she shops for it and gets mom to go buy it. then next time i have a little girl, i can pass it to her when she's 21. see. long term planning.

ali saw the watch she thought was good on some mag. but it was too big in real life.

visited a shop which sold alot of cross pendents. you should have seen sarah standing there looking at all the cross pendents. trying to find one as nice as the one godma got for me but sarah lost it in the end. they had one which i thought would be nice for fiok. but it's ex. fiok. it's like 40odd just for the pendent. but it's from israel. with incription at the back. didn't manage to check if it's the only piece. i doubt so anyway.

bought a fairy necklace similar to godma's not sure if it's the same. same shop tho'.

went around hunting for a nice key accessory also.

random. town's very very quiet. even for a weekday.

to cine for dinner. didn't have much of a craving nor appetite. but ali was craving for meehoonkway.

satisfied and happy.

wanted to get douhua. but they didn't have them cold.

what a wierd combination of people put together. but we have managed so far somehow. which a few kinks here and there. it's kinda sad that it's almost the end.

it was just like yesterday we formed together during the first tutorial class.

it was just like yesterday that i joined preU sem. met all the interesting characters who represented tp for preU. and had the wonderful group of sgsix.

it was just like yesterday i was involved in otc. then fow. then rushing off to hongkong for a surreal week of shopping and eating with pang.

it was just like yesterday i joined slcamp. getting to know the wonderful people like mag niven qiutin etc. club through the night with drey and gang then took h01 for business orientation the next day without rest. got super high from no sleep. and cheered with the sls. and then rowed for biz school girls and getting champion for us.

it was just like yesterday chionging through year2 projects with the all girls group. with little sleep. and rushing for printing.

it was just like yesterday i had hedgeouthree's first class chalet with people running around the area to clear their system. claiming to walk straight when they obviously are not. thinking that there is a pool and attempting to dive at the living room.

it was just yesterday i got to know people like shawn angie pang chai samuel and eliza. chionging for projects. putting in enough effort to live up to the term powergroup precoined to us even before anything else.

it was just yesterday i got into tp. stranger to everyone else. with a bet with gavin that no guy will ask me for my number. of which i won and gavin still owes me a treat. getting to know drey and chai and enjoying orientation so thoroughly that we cheered our throats hoarse.

woke up late on monday. mrted to simei. cabbed to tp. that set me back by 7dollars. just coz it was still peak period. oh wells.

got the ticketing test back. not as well done as the 1st. can't really complain but i could have done better than 36over50. learnt about customer profiling and for practice, we had to create psuedo accounts. cherie just mentioned casually that she will only fly on pink planes which then led to weilun creating an account for her with preferences such as "seats and covers must be pink", "must have hunky air stewards.. etc.

to sugarloafed again with yanwan and weilun for lunch. shared my fave quiche, tomato soup and breadnbutter pudding and apricot iceblend with yanwan. weilun had the soup, sushi and his fave donut. if only they had those with sugar icing.

destination lecture was well ok. but it's kinda late at this stage when our report's almost complete. besides, sarah was too sleepy to really concentrate. half drifting off. ms chua covered some parts of the next lecture in a superspeed mode. so brief that it was just skimming thru the points. i hope she elaborates on it next week.

headed back to godma's for a powernap before cya. stayed pretty much at lizhen's counter.

got back and finished up my project parts. minesweeped with pan who was also stressed up with his reports. fell asleep somewhere in between the game and floorplan for be. woke up and continued till threeplus. thanks pan for the company. all the best for your projects yea..

cabbed down to tp from godma's place. mainly coz i was lazy.

sat thru 8 presentations for destination. luckily for mario on cherie's ds. else you'll have a snoring sarah. gave up on mario after sometime. switched to cooking mama. kept failing several components. gave up on that too. got so bored that i powered up my laptop to tweak the floorplan.

lunched at bizpark. had no choice but to sit at the benches outside bizblock. stank like crap at intervals. i think weilun got a little bored from be tutorial and began to doodle on the first draft of the basic floorplan i passed over.


redrew the floorplan to the finalised one i had in my laptop. got weilun to redraw the characters again.

saturday was good.

headed to tp in the afternoon to meet up cya-sr wannabes. hmm ok session. not exactly very fruitful. but well.. it's ok. wanted them to do a silent vote on who should not be in but none were for the idea. it's very very mean and evil but i thought it would be good in time to come. -shrugs-

had some time to spare before meeting preU peeps so decided to head to tm with some of the juniors for hokkaido fest. boy was it packed like anything. should have taken pics of all the yummy stuff.

they had these bento sets which were going for almost 30 dollars. but it was very exquisitely presented. the girls bought mochi, squid stuffed with rice, hokkaido icecream and some jap pancake thingy.

quickly headed over to bedok at close to 4 when we were suppose to meet at 4. was late as usual. veron darren weelic were already there. bussed down to wyn's place. turned out our surprise wasn't really a shocker. but i hope u were glad to see us. kudos to darren who did all the planning.

waited freaking long for the bus back to mrt stn. then it was to vivo and ps for some shopping while i waited for the luge tics to be done with work. finally managed to check out the sales going on. did not go on a shopping spree tho. just one top and a belt.

to glass house for our dinper. was made to sit next to zhong for the rest of the meal. made him finished the prawns coz sarah was lazy to peel. 4 seafood platters for 2. 9 peeps. bill of 223plus. 180 was on monetary award from the stb incentive long ago.

sidenote. was kinda pissed at whoever that was suppose to plan this. the inefficient planning and all. could almost bang head. oh wells.

bussed home with kit.

sunday was good too.

shopped with sis at imm. had to buy some stuff such as corkboard and nail polish remover. did some shopping for clothes too.

finally wore that greenish dress again. sarah hardly wears dresses you see. i was just in the mood. and that ballet flats i got from hk but never wore. coz round toe's so not my style. perhaps i should wear that more often. it's such a no brainer pairing. i don't even need to think which top to match which bottoms. and which belt. and then what shoes.

lunched at baystreet. i think it must be some 10 years since we ate there already. shared the mix grill which had steak lamb sausage bacon egg longbeans carrots and fries. lamb was really good. surprisingly. steak was very disappointing. very.

we shall go back for the lamb next time okays fiok. in long sleeves and jacket. no idea why was the aircon turned so low. don't they know that the food gets cold so fast. and we don't get to enjoy it. throughout the meal, sarah was like.. ehh faster eat faster. later cold already not nice. -.-

did up drey's collage then headed down to her ahma's place. didn't know what to get that girl who already has like everything.

the day started with apel shifted to 10am. ms chia conducted the class in such a way that we played this scissors paper stone game thing with two groups with the objective of gettin over to the other side. twas the 1st time i felt so tired playing sps. and so tickled. i had to ask eliza to pause while i finished laughing first.

two absent presenters for dest this week meant that next week will be packed with 8 presentations. we had better bring something to entertain ourselves with. it'll be one long tutorial. cherie.. please bring your ds ok? i wanna play mario.

headed to tm to get a green spag from mango. then to godma's to drop off my bag. and back to school to hang out with weilun, qiutin and yanwan while waiting for crystal to be done with her project meeting then headed to fep. but xavier got so hooked on playing tennis on crystal's psp that we hung around at the busstop waiting for him to be done with the game before we proceeded to town.

was suppose to shop for dresses which are more casual that we would wear more often. and also someone's birthday present. unfruitful shopping.


but we managed to share gelare's half price waffles tho'.

i still remember when i had lunch at mensa with crystal and gang. stupid felix suddenly was using the stylus pen to draw circles on the screen and said to xavier: ehh.. how ar.. or something along that line. he was playing that cooking game too.

his girl was so sweet. she specially flew down from japan for a couple of days just to celebrate his birthday. so sweet right. and twas was the first night i hardly hear ryan talking loudly.
