vdae was great. i bet godma would say it was the best ever. coz me and fiok went over. so did her mom. . was rushing outta the house and so forgot to take along the cake fiok got for my vdae. ended up transferring to mom and dad =P

zoned out at mass that week. didn't really like that priest's sermon (forgot his name too.. sheesh) fiona too. plus we were frozen cold coz we were seated in the path where the aircon blew. frozen brains just do not work.

not gonna touch on the papers. for better or worse. it's over and done with. i'm just glad that i got good enough grades for my coursework. i hope it helps me pull the papers up. =/

and chai was sooooo sweet. she wrote cards for the whole class. i would've cried reading it were it not for the fact that i was standing up, walking and reading it. i mean it's just so not conducive for crying while standing up don't u think?? *shrugs* but that's not the main point here. ahh.. chai's just so sweet anywaes. =D

didn't head out after the paper. went to get nail polish at century square as i ran out of my white one. terence came along too as he wanted to get a new earrings. met sam and samuel there. headed home afterwards.

somewhere during the week, was heading to school for an afternoon paper. and the weather was so darn hot that i realised that it's been sucha long time i was out in this kinda weather. i can't even remember when. i think it was only like jc days? in tp at these times, we'd always be in freezingly cold rooms where people like angie and me would want the temperature up. but shawn and terence would want it cold -.-

anyhows. on an ending note. (i would have personally written notes for all of u were it not for the fact that
1) chai has beaten me to it
2) i've sorta grown outta it. this would be something i'd do when i was still in ny.
2) i'm too lazy and i admit it. =/

BUT. i am vain. maybe i'll bring one =P and like 2 long sleeves t. 1 knitted but airy long sleeves and 2 turtlenecks =D love it. i get to wear turtlenecks there. hah.

and i want. WANT. to get another pair of boots. white/dusty pink/light brown. undecided. and i'm so gonna get that puma gym bag. i don't care. it'd better be there. tonnes of places i wanna see. shop. eat. i'll get down to looking at the sites tmr =D

gymmed on thurs. didn't get to run coz it was raining =/ did treadmill and leg presses instead. last psycho tutorial was quite ok, watched the last 2 groups present their stuff.

that night felt like a friday night >.< even had to get fiona to remind me to go to school the next day for fear that i'd wake up thinking that it's a saturday and plonk back to sleep.

woke up with sore muscles. must be the lack of exercise =/ revision lecture for tto was not as good as the tutorial with mr pras. =D got called out for a one-to-one with mr pras which got everyone curious. lol. was bewildered too. at first. (i guess i must have been coz mr pras later allayed my fears saying not to worry, it's nothing bad) others like wes, drey, etcetc also got called out but i think they were for different reasons.

headed to town after the sl briefing. was suppose to go down to the riverbay but figured it was too early. shopped at fep as angie wanted to get smth for mm.. mungit (tis not the correct spelling tho'). =P but that indecisive gurl couldn't decide so we had dinner first. left fep after angie still couldn't decide what to get for him. got fiok's vdae gift =D went over to taka and they still don't carry that white perforated puma gym bag =/ i guess i'll either have to get it from hk or online -.- decided to head home 1st as i wasn't feeling like staying out late.

managed to catch fd on tele. had to hug my pillow and provide spoilers to fiok who was watching it for the 1st time. still haven gotten down to watch the 2nd one tho. and the third sequel is gonne be out this year =)

digression.. touched on the topic of dreams with godma when we were on the way to get supper. or was it on the way back? try to recall what were your earliest memories of your childhood?? mine was about 4 or 5 as identified by godma when we were at our jurong st13 house. but hers was when she was still a baby. my goodness. how can you actually remember anything at the age when you were still a helpless baby?? o.O

and about our stm and ltm. and since i'm good at none, this is why my blog entries are so narrative while fiok's are so sporadic and so lack of detail.. (i wanted to say insightful but i realise it dusen provide an adequate contrast).. hah.

oh well but all i can say is that our hard work paid off gurls. (but then again, everyone else also put in alot so it's not for me to judge) and i'm glad we managed to scrape through with an a for this project. well.. there's only left the paper to clear. =)

summative test was great. try reading it with a drawl yea. i'd be lucky if i pass. decently. =/

cya was really boring la. coz we're now roving so we don't get to answer as many queries as before. didn't go for duty for three weeks means i'm the last to get my vest. and that means it's liable to go missing. and that's what happened. so i dutied without a vest today. =D

ended slightly earlier today. conversations are always nonsense with beilin and anni. this time we had alvin and the sp cya guy too. godma picked me up and we headed to the bedok dunnowad to get satay for supper =D

had lo hei -AGAIN- on sunday coz my grandma missed the one on sat. coz she was too bz having a mahjong session outside. -.-

did nonsense with the leftover rise from saturday. so ended up we had rubbish sushi. normal rice, mayonnaise, jap sprinkled seasonings, crabmeat and tamago. rice balls. =D

and they are actually edible ok. -.-

anyhows, i got myself a merit for gr7 theory. just nicely on the dot. needed 80 to get a merit and that was what i scored. i didn't think it was fantastic but apparently mdm merle claims differently. she says that it's quite good to score that for gr7 and 8. but i think she was just trying to get me to continue my gr8 theory lessons. and even mdm yeo said so... -.- anyhows if they say that my merit was good then yea *shrugs*

Things this week which i don't think i wanna replicate:
1) rush econs article
2) cram psycho test
3) mix up the timings for a test
and probably a dozen other stuff..

my econs articles turned out quite ok.. tho' i'd settle for a b. silly me overwrote my 2nd analysis over my 1st one. luckily i'd printed out a copy and terence had an almost completed soft copy coz i'd sent it to him for vet-ing. -.- but it was good anyway or i'd still be fussing over editing it till the very last minute.

psych skit and presentation went quite ok save for the fact that i completely missed one point till lisa prompted me i think.. but we did ok i think.

didn't touch on any question for bizstats prior to the tutorial. was suppose to be doing psych revision the night before but fell asleep while accompanying vicky to sleep. but i completed all the bizstats qn during the tutorial. adrenaline rush to complete it faster than mr lum. but harmful for the health la.

met mr chris for a makeup session. was returned our reflective journal from the 1st half of the sem. i scored quite ok. pang scored the highest amongst us. your hard work paid off even though you didn't quite achieve your notebook layout. =D next up is summative test which i still have no clue about and role play =/ oh well.

did chinese with vicky. and tho she was allowed to stay up a lil later coz it was fri, she said she was tired. -i think it was coz she didn't wanna do chinese- went to bed and totally forget about the supper godma said she was gonna buy back till she gave me a call. -.-

anyhows, studied and napped till the next day at 5. and i still hadn't got everything i wanted in to be in. mistook psych test to be at 9 when it was actually 11. luckily made a call to lisa prior to that and found out that it was at 11. didn't think the test went well but *shrugs*

headed back to godma's and couldn't leave till about 6 coz it kept raining and stopping. ended up, vicky decided that she wanted to tie my hair for me. so there i was seated in front of the laptop and vicky was combing through my hair.

oh.. random fact: i tend to feel sleepy when having my hair done. combing, tie-ing etcetc. especially when it's over 5 mins kinda thing.. fiona too. we've no idea why. -.-

anyhows, dozed off and woke up to find vicky STILL combing my hair. like how long can u take to comb a person's hair right? anyways, i don't even comb my hair la. =/

anyhows, reached home like around 7.30, in time for dinner. had our own lo hei coz the rest of our aunties weren't free. had crabbies.. butter crabs (coz benjy couldn't take spicy) and chilli crabs (was suppose to be black pepper but i've no idea what happened *shrugs*). had creamy chinese styled corn soup too =D


watched butterfly effect. was rather good if i must say so myself.

and a french classmate just well.. sorta asked to go out. the kinda classmate where you can joke and laugh in class. but??...

this is what makes my day.

i'm officially a mint ice cream convert. but only frm venezia. not that i didn't use to like mints but just felt that mints in icecream was quite a waste. but this tasted like andes. my gosh. didn't quite believe terence coz he swears that it's real good but i preferred my lemon sorbet, mango and strawberry. those sourish tangy gelatos.

i'm so a convert =D
