work's at 8 tmr. but i'm still pretty awake right now.

contemplating if i should have some instant pasta.
very very very tempting. but then there's all the wash up to do later on.
and i seriously have put on weight after these few weeks at regent.

work yesterday was alright. busy on and off.
specially requested to start an hour earlier and thus leaving an hour earlier.
only fiona and mel knows why. =P

had dinner at hog's breath in chijmes with family after work.
ohmysosinful.
but im so going there again.

off today. slept in a lil. not much.
quite accomplished today.
travelled a whole lot of places with mel to complete the shoots kit.
telok ayer, raffles place, chinatown, clarkequay, regent and fareast.

an auntie actually thanked me for being environmentally friendly.
just for declining an extra carrier for a carrot cake i bought.
hmm..

met jolene and her fren on the way to regent.
met silin and eizhar at far east.
missed meeting shawnlim whom silin bumped into earlier on.
missed meeting shawnboo who was at fareast around the same time also.


dinner with luge peeps tomorrow.
dinner with regent peeps on thurs.
lunch with preU peeps on fri.

that's about 1-2 more kilos on the weighing scale.
oh wells.

i know this is way way overdue but i can help it not. not when i feel like i'm working every other day when actually i have 3days off in 2weeks. the next time i update will be just before i fly off or when i'm in that paradise which is only a couple hours away from here.

not that im complaining. but regent concierge is really fun. ups and downs. but certainly rewarding.

and so here i go on about my grandmother story in the usual day to day fashion.

1oct mon
decided to call lora and steph out for dinner after work. finally settled on chachacha. casual dinner. not too bad food. can't remember which was it i liked best.

headed to haagen daz to have dessert. and met lora's fren. coffee icecream's a must.




2oct tues - 5oct fri
pm shift for the rest of the week. i remember not what happened in between. made everyone take pics for charissa's farewell. got home really late on fri. but had to be up early the next morning for breakfast with 307.

6oct sat
my wakeup call from yanwan never came. i think i woke her up instead with my sms. but i got up in time. and was the earliest! sat at the busstop waiting for the rest.

mac breakfast with beilin, yanwan and ayuni. caught up alil. met up with cherie and weilun before heading to the classroom session.

luckily arranged with mel to go shopping after that. coz if not then it'll be very sian coz chai, angie and terry aren't here and i would then have to go home.

headed to bugis. super hot weather. but mel wanted to buy stuff for maldives. bought a dress. not sure where i'll wear it to yet. split around 4 for waxing session at raffles city. then to godma's for a.jane's farewell dinner.

borrowed a suitcase from godma. picked up the rest of my clothes.

7oct sun
usual sunday and church. managed to drag fiona down for mass.

8oct mon
went home for dinner before going to dr lee's for my vaccination. walked down 19storeys just to exercise. not. power failure just minutes before i left the house. lucky me.

the wait was so long that i was actually napping away. flu and typhoid. one on each arm.

9oct tues
got up with really sore arms. like i was doing push ups all night in my sleep. shopped for shoots kit around town. comparing prices and all. only managed to get like 50perc of the items needed.

10oct wed
made a trip down to the watsons at telok ayer coz that was the only place where we could find the makeup kit for shoots. had to call fiok as i got 'lost' in cbd. not much lost just that i was trying to walk a different route and also find a stop where i could get a direct bus home.

but it felt really good to wander around 'lost'. sipping on my cookiespin. walking wherever my legs took me. reminds me of hk times with pang where we'd just walk and shop wherever.

11oct thu
lunched at summer palace with charissa, mel, bryan, jeanettia and jeevan. no idea what was the occasion but charissa says it's coz she wants to dine there before she leaves. i guess it was a farewell for us too.


met with shereen for some feedback session. and an informal invitation to join regent when we graduate.

offday. but went back to work to finish up the shoots kit for charissa to present during the meeting. approved! =)

went up to the club for charissa's farewell 'party'. tooks stupid photos. rushed down to paragon but was still late.

dinner at canale. not much. but it was not bad. i guess i'd still prefer bakerzinn. shopped. stood outside macs at luckyplaza finishing a drink. twas a funny place to stand and talk.

went back to tangs to get that adidas jacket. lost my black shawl in the process. ohwells. it's but 5 or 10 bucks anyway.

got home to a dark building. walked 16storeys up before the building lighted up. wanted the take the lift but the level shown on the display did not correspond with the level the lift was on.
