been ages since i stepped into mambo at zouk.

was in a dilemma that day coz i didn't wanna club

but it was ages since i met the girls.

and i wasn't feeling too good already.

ended up going down anyway coz audrey says:

coz when godma tried driving over

the area was so crowded.

must say it's not as hard as i thought it'd be.

thought alot of times i still have to ask godma for help.

and so now sarah has to be really thrifty for a while.

got put on standby for fri instead of bangkok turn.
was counting on the fact that i would be called up so soon.

met mel that night to check out zirca for a bit.

the new club that has taken over mos' premises.

nothing much changed for the layout tho.

or from what i saw that night.

bumped into wenxian at the station.

met lora there too.

didn't hang out too late anyhows

got called up for a morning flight around 10plus.

ended up doing a brunei turn.
was a link flight to rome.
so wanna go there.

had clare on the flight.

gonna be doing the adelaide with her too.

work today was hectic on the way back.

napped before dinner and slept thru it.

little vicky back some lemon cake thing.

but it turned out flat.

tastes quite good nonetheless.

took drowsy flu pills but it doesn't seem to be working.

gonna head off anyway.

think i shall pack my wardrobe tomorrow.

then maybe visit terence.

ended up with no phone connection the whole of sunday night and monday.

didn't tan at all coz the weather didn't look very promising when mel met me at vivo.
went around shopping at vivo and raffles city instead while waiting for celine to arrive.
met manda who was helping out at work.
chatted a lil.
mel asked for some makeup tips.

split around 6-ish to do our stuff.
then went to meet celine and headed to marina to get shoes.
so from a morning appointment, we all only met up say.. 7plus.

mel's hp ran out of battery too after her dance class.
but she was smart enough to find us in marina square.

headed to town after for abit before getting dinner.
got home close to midnight.
stayed on for two hours.

off to paint my face for work again.
meetin audrey, derru and dunno who else for movie later.

hotel room was pretty good too.

knocked out for awhile.
got up pretty early so decided to stone infront of the tv.
coz it seems too early to call the rest out yet.

headed over to letzipark with cindy and shima.
shopped abit before getting the groceries.

day one's groceries.
i realise that i tend to overbuy.

went over the to the old wing with shima to use the crew lounge.

headed out the next day for pizza lunch nearby.
food was ok but expensive.

suppose to go sightseeing with joaquim and shima.
but mt titlis is closed for renovation.
we ended up just going into the city.
visited lake zurich and walked around.

thanks to joaquim who woke up too early.
he'd already found out how to get there.

pretty gloomy day.
was suppose to rain but it only drizzled.

signs of autumn everywhere.

found a movenpick and we each got a cone in the cold weather.

more groceries with joaquim after that.


fell asleep while waiting for chai to reach.
was so tired when she finally came that we didn't even take photos.
that girl bought yummy chocs for the rest of the group.
and i got choco truffles. which tasted like heaven.
gonna hunt for them when im in zurich again.

sat up and chatted till bout 12plus.
then got ready for bed and continued chatting.
finally got to sleep close to 1.

heard that girl getting up and ready to leave the next day.
but i was too tired to wake up.

got back to singapore.
managed to stay up for quite long this time.
but ended up sleeping till 5 so didn't go back to jurong that day.

shopping with nic and audrey on monday.
i think we shopped almost the whole of orchard road.
from far east to cathay.
then to vivo.
it's good to go shopping without feeling guilty.
cos nic was doing most of the shopping.

and i just realised that checks are in.

christmas is slowly creeping up on us.
need to do some festive shopping for people.
and i don't even know if i'll be here.

jakarta turn today was quite good.
tho it was a full flight and not so full flight back.
crew were really good and that made alot of diff.


arrived back in sin late so we had transport
tho that meant waiting more than half an hour i think.
had craving for bubble tea while waiting but there's no bubble tea in the airport.
came home and showered.
gonna put on some make up and wait for dad to come pick me up.
mom, ben and fiok will be back from la in a couple hours.


zurich tomorrow with almost the same set of crew.
haven done my homework yet.
after i wake up i guess.

tanning with celine last week was quite good.
we both agreed that we never would have thought we'd hang out together.
settled down at cafe del mar slight after 12 i think.
got a little tanned only coz thick clouds decided to roll in after awhile.
and i was super late. so we kinda missed quite a bit of the sun.


headed to the luge to see the peeps there.
everywhere started to pour after we left the island.
decided to head to town for some shopping.
went around looking for a petrol station near sentosa area.
finally reached town amidst the rain and all.
got myself a pair of sandals from schu.
biggest splurge on sandals by far.
but then again. this is only my second pair.
and to make myself feel better, sarah wasn't the biggest shopper that day.

perth the next day.
with two girls on their sny.
my check flight also.
was teaching fizah on closing the bar when i realised something.
that i never imagined that one day i'd be a mentor to a sny crew.
has it really been that long already?

all in all a pretty alright flight.
cts was nice.
crew was good. mostly.
went shopping with kyenne and fizah.
didn't expect perth to be still so cold.
so clever me didn't bring warm clothes.
thanks to ignatius who helped us order the strudel also.
whoever said perth is a 'lao ren guo' must be crazy.
just walk out 10-15mins and you'll reach all the shops and stuff.

sunday's tanning with shawn and celine was cancelled due to lousy weather.
have a happy six weeks in australia shawn.

mass then parkway for lunch.
changed swiss franc while waiting for godma to find a parking lot.
hopefully the crew will be going sightseeing too.
dined at ichiban after much walking around.
food's pretty good.
always reminds me of audrey, adeline and susu.

went over to shawnpaul's place for dinner with alex.
as i was saying during dinner..
isn't it great to have a friend that cooks?
brought a bottle of moscato and some strudel from perth over.
great food and company.

coincidentally was on the same flight at nic's girlfriend.
pretty good flight there.
went walking around the market after touch down.
for the first time, it was open when i have a flight there.
got back to the hotel, showered, crashed for an hour or so.
off to meet yanwan.
must say that her directions were quite specific.
met her roommate ingrid who picked me up on her behalf.

toured around the campus.
waited just a bit in her dorm before meeting the girl.
dinnered at miss saigon.
a rather low key viet restaurant.
pretty good food there.

yanwan please thank all your friends' hospitality while i visited.


attended mass at holy fam but forgot to bring alex's itunes card out.
picnic plans were cancelled for some reason.


went back for my fourth month review.
the offices were all relocated due to renovations.

met junie for a quick late lunch before flight that night.
dubai was ok.
had dinner with the crew.
shopping mall next day.
just realised that i haven gotten the desert safari photos from madeline.

went sightseeing with some of them in moscow.
first day to the red square. then some cafe.
and the supposedly world fame restaurant for dinner.

next day bought tickets for the kremlim and the armoury.
a former citadel, residence and ruling place of the former tsars,
now a tourist attraction and i think they still have some office there.

didn't really do my homework for this trip.
so can't remember much of the stuff,
except for what i read from the guide books.
which also wasn't mine.

at first we thought it was their famous gothic building
that was turned into a hotel cum campus.
but a local told us it was a residence building.
imagine living in a castle like this.

did some grocery shopping after that near the hotel.

and this is probably the only time i got up at call time.
rushed like mad. broke my own record.
painted my face. tied my hair and packed.
all under 30mins.


back to dubai.
new hotel for us.
and we were the first set of crew to stay there.
we were all so amazed when we got to our rooms.




spacious spa-like entrance





pretty large kitchenette and dining area by any standards.
am so gonna bring cookable drystores when i'm there.
wai wai was saying that we can even make ourselves fried eggs.
i'm thinking more along the line of pasta. =)






and pretty decent sleeping area.
flat screen tv.
and a master control remote for lighting!




toilet's probably the only area which didn't do so well.
but hey, that's good enough for now.


we were 'invited' for a dinner reception.
thought it'd be like to meet the duty manager or someone.
but we ended up having our own crew dinner.
and all expense paid.
lucky us =)


arrived in singapore monday morning.
went to send wj off for this maldives internship.


three days off, one day was back in jurong.
met mel and terence for tanning but ended up dining at rits.
sun wasn't good. but got a teeny tan.

ipl and alteration in town with mel next day.

met up with lu, mel and shawn on the 31st.
hung at c.iguana.
waited freaking long at the taxi queue.
got home close to 4.

306 dinner on saturday.
walked out then realised that i forgot the chocolates.
which was the most important reason why we were meeting up.
went back to get it then cabbed down.
marina sq for dinner.
esplanade to chill and camwhore.
timbre but was full.
got called up for flight when we reached smu.
decided to cut short our night out.



asked them to choose a place where we haven tried before.
and they settled on swensens.
but well the company is more impt
