i swear i still can't revert back to my singapore mode.

i still have the urge to refer to the mrt as mtr.
i still have the tendency to stand on the right side of the escalator.
i keep expecting to see the rail map light up like those in hk.
and i think if i see liyan. i'll ask her no gaidanzai for you today?

well at least i do remember to tap my ezlink when i get off the bus here.

first day of school was well.... alright. save for the fact i was a little late. coz i stopped to chat with joanna and liping. but lecture didn't really start on time either. on top of that. i seriously cannot get use to the tonnes of people at tp. and all the unfamiliar faces. in sentosa, everyone you saw on campus was a friend of a friend. or your own friend. no matter if they were close or not. but it was good to see familiar faces amongst the sea of strangers.

headed to the sports hall with the girls and waited for chai to be done with her badminton workout. and that girl has finally quit db. which is a real pity. both me and drey were counting on her to complete it for us. both me and drey gave it up due to tough training and timetabling and schedule. but chai stuck around. for almost 2 years. but i guess studies and family come first.

went to look for ms quah and ms choi for adddrop. but apparently we didn't get the cds choices we wanted. it must be a sign. seeing ms choi brought back fond memories of onehedgeouthrees. it just felt like yesterday that we were in year1. freshface. freshblood. and when ms choi took us for intht. time sure passes fast.

on a sidenote. angie and chai were lucky enough to have each other in the same class. alas. i wasn't so lucky.

headed off to further education advising with chai. angie joined us after too. and the info we got weren't exactly useful. i mean i could have told you that myself. but anyhows. and we decided to go take korean language lessons together. since we're gonna be quite free with one less sub. chai was supposed to have started but was short on cash. which was just as well. we both could go find our monies. then we'll have our lessons together. -beams-

had to head over to godma's to search for my housekey and luge locker keys. i wasn't so worried about the house key. but rather how i was gonna work the next day if i can't find my locker keys.

hung around abit and met shawnpaul to pass him the tapes and case which i forgot to return that saturday. accompanied him for dinner. tho' most time i was reading my book. well i just didn't think it'd be nice for me to watch u eat right shawn =P

having company for half the ride home made the ride seem shorter. i almost hadn't realise that we had reached his stop already.

so i guess it wasn't too bad for the first day of school aye?

i'll get used to it.
